"The community organizer...must constantly examine life, including his own, to get some idea of what it is all about, and he must challenge and test his own findings. Irreverence, essential to questioning, is a requisite. Curiosity becomes compulsive. His most frequent word
is 'why'?"
- Saul Alinsky, Rules for Radicals, 1971

COMMUNITY ORGANISING WAS ACTUALLY HAPPENING SINCE THE EARLY 20TH CENTURY WITH THE INDUSTRILIASATION AND URBANISATION OF EUROPE. PEOPLE GOT TOGETHER TO ORGANISE IMPROVING THEIR LIVES ESPECIALLY IN THE URBAN SLUMS ON HOSUING AND OTHER LIVING FACILITIES.
i agee with this quote. we must always examine our lives in order to improve one's skill, and capacity. One always should challenge oneself, i try to challenge myself as much as possible, as a consequence i understand/find myself more bt life.
